Information We Collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, city, state or region, inquiry details, message, and technical information needed to operate and protect the form. If you choose email or text updates, we also record the channel, time, source, consent language and policy versions, and later subscription or withdrawal history.
How We Use Information
We use information to receive, route, store, review, and respond to inquiries; operate and secure the website; prevent abuse; honor your choices; and meet legal obligations. We use information for email or text marketing only when you make the separate optional choice for that channel. Permission to answer an inquiry is not marketing consent.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell Contact-form information. Authorized national or applicable chapter administrators and providers helping us host, secure, deliver, store, or manage communications may process only the information needed for those services. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile. A later approved communications provider may receive information and consent status needed for its service.
Retention and Security
We ordinarily retain accepted Contact submissions for 24 months after last activity and email or text consent and withdrawal evidence for six years after opt-out or last relevant use. Security and rejected-abuse data is retained only for the shorter period reasonably needed to prevent abuse. Verified deletion requests may be honored earlier unless an active dispute, security matter, legal hold, or other obligation requires retention.
Your Choices
Email and text updates are optional and separate. Marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. Once texting begins, opt out as described in our SMS Terms and messages. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification and required records.
Children
The Contact form is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us when appropriate.
