Optional Text Updates

SMS Terms

Effective August 23, 2026

Program

When you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring Big Dog Club USA news and updates by text at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include national or chapter news, events, community updates, and related information.

Consent

Text updates are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, participation, or receiving a response to an inquiry. SMS consent is separate from email marketing and permission to respond by email or phone. You represent that you are authorized to provide the number and consent for it.

Frequency and Charges

Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s terms apply.

Opt Out and Help

After texting begins, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We will honor other reasonable withdrawal requests as required. Opting out of texts does not unsubscribe you from separately selected email updates.

Delivery

Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Big Dog Club USA may change, suspend, or end the program as permitted. Marketing texts are not for emergencies or time-sensitive communications.

Privacy and Records

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We ordinarily retain SMS consent and withdrawal evidence for six years after opt-out or last relevant use, subject to legitimate legal and security requirements.
